Dissertation: BioJect: Design of a novel in vitro gel-based assay for biopredictive performance testing of subcutaneous injectables using the USP apparatus IV

• Designed new testing models that improved the prediction of drug bioavailability, streamlining research outcomes and reducing uncertainty in drug development decisions. • Integrated lab experiments with computational modeling, bridging cross-functional methods to assess therapeutic equivalence between brand-name and generic drugs. • Designed and led the foundational course in pharmaceutical dosage forms for second-year pharmacy students at Goethe University Frankfurt, adapted for COVID-19 conditions.
