The Test Interface Group provided semiconductor wafer sort test interface hardware for both OEMs and IDMs. Assembled a new technical team that quickly started capturing new business while pushing development of new technology. Responsible for sales management, product marketing and R&D direction for all products within the Business Unit.

Created and led a highly successful execution of a Global Product Launch Plan for a new leading-edge wafer test tooling product that has demonstrated up to a 35% Cost of Ownership improvement for customers while yielding improved gross margins.
