• Responsible for the management of the Mechanical Laboratory - Planning and performing hardness, mechanical and fatigue test; • Technician in the Material Laboratory - Microstructural Characterization (Optical Microscopy and Scanning Electron Microscope); • Development and certification of new components and products.

• Research and development of a new aluminium alloy for injection process with low coefficient of retraction; • Worked with Lean Manufacturing through takt time measurement, reduction of process time and decrease of products defects through the modification of the cooling system.

• Study of the influence of different parameters in the solid lubrication process; • Investigation of causes of steel corrosion after chrome plating process; • Material laboratory analysis to control quality of the forming process.
