• Coordinate and drive aggressive "Atom" processor chipset program schedule and roadmap across organization to achieve successful process transfer, expeditious manufacturing startup, and economical operation excellence model.

• Effective foundry management in U.S. and international facilities on cost effective model and in timely delivery, and managed vendor field service contracts and equipment selection to satisfy business needs and technology development roadmap.

• Designed and constructed the world’s first high temperature, ultra high pressure STM system with novel STM motor and pressure cell designs, along with other novel experimental equipments. Studied hydrogenation catalysts under high temperature and pressure using STM, mass spectrometry, AES, LEED, and high pressure PES at Advanced Light Source Synchrotron.

• Developed and analyzed microfluidic chip designs for PCR assays. Investigated thermal distribution in designs by devising molecular temperature probes. Programmed, upgraded and maintained microfluidics platforms for genotyping. Identified and resolved key problems in temperature and mass flow control within system design.
