An important contribution to an integrated marketing organization. At the same time, new opportunities opened up for personal development. The move to the Corporate Communications team (Distribution & Paid Campaigns) offers growth opportunities. The focus lies on the development of a Paid Media Strategy for the SCHOTT Group as well as an overall Promotion Strategy.

    The next level (Manager Live Communication) could be reached going hand-in-hand with an increasing level of responsibility in 2019. In order to gain more profound knowledge and focus in the fields of marketing management, I started the Master of Science - Marketing Management in 2019.

    I decided to complete the commercial apprenticeship at SCHOTT before starting studies in the field of business administration/management in a part-time model because of several benefits. It was the perfect opportunity to gain practical business experience as early as possible to learn more about company structures and how to run a company successfully. In intervals of roughly two months, I got the chance to dive deeper into corporate functions.
