Management of local ERP system: maintenance and new developments, both by direct internal software creation and by definition of requirements for outsourcing. Definition and implementation of all procedures related to material management flows. Support to purchasing for MRP configuration. Implementation of additional functionalities for production planning. Integration of ERP and a production software. Design of new procedures to improve traceability. Maintenance of base IT infrastructure.

Maintenance of base IT infrastructure: local network, firewalls, virtualization, Microsoft Active Directory. Local ERP management: definition of a first core of procedures concerning material management (incoming and outgoing) and implementation of these procedures on the system. Additional extra-ERP implementation for specific warehouse and production needs. Management of main quality issues regarding production and set up of an initial core of instruction for operators.

Technical manager for software design and development, mainly for processing companies. Design of software integrated with ERP, for warehouse and production management. Implementation of workflow management and document management software, both for public and private companies. Main infrastructure was Java web application. Experience in the programming of software on industrial handheld pc, for mobile users; the software was integrated to and ERP by a Java web service.

Maintenance of internal ERP and implementation of new functionalities, both by internal implementation and creation of requirement specification for outsourcing. Main development areas: warehouse/delivery and production. Main activities were related to material flows and data exchange with carriers. Development for production involved monitoring of production phases and traceability. Development of check reports for different departments.
