Management of the company's ERP system: maintenance and new developments. Definition of specifications for new procedures and management of implementation activities by involved vendors. Implementations were mainly related to warehouse flows, production, and traceability. Design of the core IT infrastructure; coordination and support for maintenance.

Software design and development, primarily for manufacturing companies. Integration with ERP systems, particularly for managing production and warehouse activities. Support for data extraction from ERP systems and the creation of analysis tools. Implementation of products for workflow management and document archives.

Maintenance of the company ERP system and implementation of new features related to it, both with direct software development and through the definition of specifications implemented by consultants. The areas of greatest development were warehouse and shipping logistics (management of data exchange with carriers) and production (monitoring of production phases and traceability). Creation of control reports and data analysis for the all departments.
