Working directly with clients so that expectations set are realistic and acheivable, ensuring that we adhere to targets set by managing 10 engineers from 1st & 2nd Line engineers, Project Managers and Specialist engineers for the organisation, this has involved me creating new processes & procedures so that we may work in a more structured format.

Initially I managed the Operations of the company which included all facilities & 3rd party suppliers as well as managing the Client Support Team which focused on assisting our clients and thier candidates with skills based and psychometric tests and services we provided inc. all delegates who attended level A & B training in-house with us, through this I was able to see opportunities for upselling or closing sales which aided our Account Managers or BDM's, hence aproached to manage the SME Team.
