Lead the production of the laboratory, manage the team (13 technicians and 5 engineers), the planning and pilot the analysis program according to the customer needs - Follow up and report the lab activities results - Customer relationship management, - Propose laboratory process improvements, - Monitor the laboratory budget, - Ensure the quality and the safety of the operations, as well as the environment protection.

Project management and technical support at SOCATRI plant, uranium purification and recovery. / Project leader for the conception and the use optimization of a pilot-scale installation: uranium decontamination of industrial solid waste produced by the new uranium enrichment plant GBII. Lean Six Sigma methodology. / Compliance adjustment for liquid waste storage, contaminated with uranium. / Feasibility study of liquid waste treatment produced by the production halt of the uranium enrichment plant GBI.

Organization of all the reliability experiments according to the norm requirements on solar modules, statistical evaluation of the results of the reliability tests, failure analysis on reliability modules and on customer returns, participation to the qualification of new processes, new materials or new vendors, report to the German team and to the American team

Study of the evolution of the solar cells (electrical and structural properties) under reliability tests, to choose the more stable and the more high-performance materials. Implementation of new electrical tests.

Extraction studies of an active substance from a lipoplexes solution: Solid Phase Extraction, electrophoresis, precipitation, UV-visible spectroscopy, tangential flow filtration.

Stock control in accordance with “produce to demand” and “just in time”, inventory and order to the suppliers for 5 production lines of washing liquids.
