Ensure that Contractor executes the work in accordance with the approved construction drawings, quality plans and procedures; To accomplish the Final inspections for the purpose of issuing Erection Completion Certificate (ECC) for the following equipment: Four (4) SGT5-4000F gas turbine; Two (2) SST5-4000F steam turbines; Four (4) Outdoor heat recovery steam generators (HRSG)

Checking and approving the Mechanical and Piping End of erection documentation from Subcontractors. Preparing the Mechanical section of the Turn-over packages (including the boundaries mark-up in the P&IDs’)

Responsible for Mechanical Erection Control and Commissioning works related to whole 1.6 million tones/year Cement Plant and a 45 MW Captive Power Plant.

The supervision and coordination of erection works, daily and weekly progress meetings with participation of Ras Gas (client), CTJV, GEOG (equipment vendor) and CCIC (subcontractor). Preparation of engineering documentation for construction activity (Site Instruction, TIC, FDC, test packs, etc.).

Responsible for Mechanical Erection Control and commissioning works related to a 1.3 mio tonne/yr dry process cement plant and a 24MW captive power plant.

Supervision of installation of the 700 MW Turbo-generator (General Electric design). Supervision of installation of Condenser of steam piping from Turbine to Condenser; welding of Condenser to Low Pressure Stage external housings, and of steam intake piping to the internal housings of the Low Pressure stages (700 MW).

Coordination of installation activities for process equipment: vertical and horizontal pumps, heat exchangers, etc. Coordination of erection activity for steel structures in the Reactor Building.
