The Channel Manager manages all iBurstAfrica (Ghana) sales channels to ensure effective functioning and provides administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department which includes Marketing research, project based work and any other duties that may be assigned depending on the needs of the business.

Responsibility include Opportunity Generation, Lead Management, Marketing, Sales of G4V courses, Consulting and System implementation services. Training, Consulting, Project Management and Client Relationship Management.

Administrator of iBurst Management System (iMS). Provide billing support and Timely respond to incidents. Provide iMS assistance to staff. Manage Super Dealers Accounts. Minimize all stock loss within the business in order to maximize profitability. Arrange and manage stock taking. Control and Distribute of Stock to Sales Consultant and Super Dealers

Provide Technical Support to clients and Sales Representatives, both on phone and at the clients premises. Sales of iBurst products (modems).
