I designed cycle planning, Overall Retrospectives and cross-area workshops, improved backlog management and continuous planning, and coached Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams and external partners.

Product Owner for the backend integration platform of a global technical documentation system. I led the replacement of the legacy platform from concept to go-live, held functional and technical responsibility, and coordinated requirements across around 50 interfaces. I aligned business stakeholders, development teams and external providers, managed an operational budget and led IT tenders and provider negotiations.

I held functional and technical responsibility for around 50 interfaces, coordinated requirements, releases and dependencies across internal and external teams, managed providers and aligned implementation with business needs. I also initiated and structured the modernisation of the legacy integration platform.

I led delivery and application management, translated business needs into reporting concepts and system requirements, and coordinated requirements, testing, releases and user enablement. The role connected business processes, data and technical implementation across organisational boundaries.
