• Manage and coordinate projects (10k-2M$): Proposal writing, client communication, budget management, forecast and tracking, team coordination, progress monitoring • Conduct environmental compliance and SD management systems audits in Canada • Conduct EHS audits and took part to Process Hazard Analyses • Assist clients for regulation compliances and permit applications • Develop Environmental Management Plan and Alternative Assessment Plan (Mine) • Lead Environmental Site Assessments (Phase 1)

• Manage a team of 2 persons • Develop, implement and maintain procedures, plans, norms and standards (ISO 14 001 Environmental Management System and corporate) • Set up compliance software: ensure compliances to local norms, regulations and internal commitments (legal reviews, reporting to federal agencies, QAQC, data analyses). Implement action plans and keep track of non-compliances • Set up operation phase contractor compliance audit strategy • Prepare Operation phase Waste Management Program

• Manage 7 persons. Recruit and Evaluate team members. Manage team health & safety aspects • Monitor the quality of surface, water, rain fall and leaching water, and fugitive emissions for particulates. Write technical procedures and plans • Review Environmental Monitoring Plans, define and keep track on KPIs for environmental performance. Write quarterly and annual reports • Manage and forecast several budget lines (tot: 8 M$) • Oversee care and maintenance of monitoring stations and equipments

• Coordinate terrestrial fauna biodiversity and marine mammal studies. Implement coral transplantation mitigation measures (> 300 000+ USD projects) • Identify commitments gaps. Define budget, technical needs and schedule. Write scopes of work. Lead calls for tenders and consultant selection processes. Monitor work progression (technical and financial) and conformity of deliverables

• Prepare and actively put in place public communication and consultation campaigns (booths, presentations, newspaper articles, leaflets). Coordinate and represent KNS at the Science Fair

• Initiation to cognitive mapping to represent and compare different stakeholder visions

• Carry out statistical analyses (multivariate analysis) • Take part to fish stocks (Underwater Visual Sensus) and coral monitoring (sampling, Line Intercept Transect, visual/photo quadrats, visual sensus, recruitment) field campaigns • Carry out sociological surveys (incl. cognitive mapping) • Represent KNS to international scientific symposiums
