Swiftcourt is a legaltech / fintech SaaS startup which enables people to trade 2nd hand safely with each other, anywhere and at any time. Our digital contract and payment integrations allow classifieds portals around the world for the first time to offer a complete and digital transaction user journey to their customers. As the sole designer, I implement and lead mixed method research, continuous usability testing, design systems and facilitate various remote stakeholder workshop formats.

Strategically conceived, refined and delivered cross-platform digital products at Boozt.com, the leading e-commerce fashion retailer in the Nordics. As the Product Design Lead, I systematically implemented customer-centered processes across the organization and built a cross-functional product design team from ground up. In my day-to-day role I was responsible for mixed methods research, design execution, project management and team facilitation with a holistic view on our services and business metrics.

Hemsiten is a SaaS platform that simplifies home management. As the first design hire, I was responsible for product strategy, UX and branding for the web app platform. Joining the early stage of the product, I applied a wide set of my skills: concepting, prototyping and testing the user experience, building product-market fit, designing interface systems and validation through commercial and UX metrics.
