Fachliche Produktverantwortung (Projektleitung) für alle Electronic Banking Produkte im Zusammenhang mit dem nationalen Standard EBICS mit nachfolgenden Aufgaben - fachliche Betreuung des Tagesbetriebes - Produktweiterentwicklung - Kommunikation zum Vertrieb - Projektmanagement - Anforderungsmanagement

- Respond to inquiries from corporate customers, resellers, partners, consultants, development and/or maintenance teams via telephone and electronic services - Provide entry level support to customers who contact the Technical Services Center and maintain high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines - Resolve service requests by effectively communicating status, solutions, and/or workarounds to customers - Assists the customer in installation and use of Symantec products

- Participation in the continuing development of electronic banking products - Support for online banking products (via BCS/FTAM, MultiWeb) - Administration of the test environment for the electronic banking products - Technical supervision of the electronic banking department - Service and support consultation for project “European Gate” (Local Customer Care Center for Germany within the UniCredit Group) - User management administration

- Participation in the continuing development of electronic banking products - Support for online banking products (via HBCI, BTX, PIN/TAN procedure) - Administration of the test environment for the electronic service products - Technical supervision of the electronic banking department
