Working with IT professionals around the world to ensure the optimal operation of our IT security company. My responsibility is identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent using different niche channels and social media outlets. I liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations, craft job offer letters, and foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
