Manipulation of epigenetic control, embryonic stem cell culture, (q)RT-PCR, animal work (zebrafish and mouse), embryonic injection, morpholino design, DNA sequencing, (whole-mount) in-situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, histology, scientific writing and presenting, research proposal writing.

Protein Data Bank (PDB) manipulation, automated in silico categorization, in silico modelling of proteins, measurement of protein-protein interactions and binding affinities using SPR.
