Produce corporate level strategic assesments of the Canadian Army's programme. Provide analysis of the Army's performance in accordance with Departmental priorities and identify corporate risks and mitigating strategies. Provide Land Force input to Departmental performance reports.

Trained over 1300 Canadian Forces Officers who will become the next generation of transformational leaders within the Canadian military. Conducted systemic reviews of training systems and managed projects that delivered cross boundary solutions to complex strategic and operational problems, including the introduction of lean production methods, 'just in time' training and organisational learning initiatives within the Canadian Army's training system.

Executive Director - Leadership Training Group

Conduct strategic analysis of capability development initiatives for the Canadian Armed Forces. Design analytical processes that identify areas for structural and procedural adjustment in order to optimise performance. Act as an "in house" management consultant for CAF strategic leaders and chief executives. Direct data analysts and scientific research activities in the development of agile business intelligence tools.
