One of three managing executives in the firm, my P&L level responsibility was for the Agency Services division. Responsible for managing a team of 15 Project Managers, Designers, and Back-end Developers in 3 countries in order to accomplish the following: 1.The training and support a client base of 450+ agencies and their sales, marketing and account management staff 2.Actively seeking new engagements and closing them for our internal agency 3.Guiding the campaign strategy and tactics for these project
