• Conduct vehicle crash (Offset, full frontal, side, rear, pole impact) and sled testing. • Conversant with vehicle crash test dummies, sensors, etc. • Installation and commissioning of Full Vehicle Crash-Sled Test Facility at ARAI`s Homologation and Technology Center, Chakan, Pune. • Facility planning for upcoming site of ARAI. • Provide project review status to management

• Keep abreast of Indian Vehicle regulations in regards to Vehicle general subjects, safety and passive safety according to CMVR; study & prepare summary, presentations of upcoming regulations for Product Development team. • Attend & resolve regulatory test procedure related queries from Product development team. • Participate in Regulation meetings from different bodies of members of other OEM and Govt. test agencies/committees to prepare new regulations and understand impact on GM Car lines.

• Led Global seating projects - Different market regions / continents across the Globe. • Arrangement of budget, prototype parts, coordinated with test labs across Europe. • Initiate Part, Test set up for special tests and / or Test specification related meetings with Vehicle Manufacturer. • Test analysis and report generation to create smooth environment for product development team.

• Occupant Safety component testing-Side Door, Steering Control Assembly,Instrument Panel, Seats, Seat belts, Bumpers etc. • Involved in Static / Durability Structural testing of various automotive Components e.g. Tractor ROPS, Crankshaft, Front & Rear axle, Leaf spring etc. • ARAI Bungee Sled Test Facility-Involved in designing and manufacturing of Test facility.
