Technical service engineer – Thermal spray coating systems. • Technical service, Calibration, Installation and commissioning of thermal spray coating systems like Plasma, Flame and HVOF. • Service and maintenance of sophisticated robot based thermal coating systems. • Maintenance and process training to customers includes aerospace and hydropower industries. • Annual maintenance contracts and quotation preparation. • Project management, sales and marketing support.

Engineer Technical service – CNC, SPM for optical manufacturing process. • Installation, servicing, calibration of CNC machines and SPM . • Servicing includes PC based CNC systems, Drives, Linear motors, Air bearing spindles. • Giving Technical (Maintenance) and process training to customers. • Supporting customer in optical and ophthalmic manufacturing process. • Sales and marketing support.

Service Engineer – CNC and Robomachines. • Servicing and inspection of CNC machine at customer end. • Supporting customer to troubleshoot CNC related problems. • Repairing of CNC systems and drives in PCB level. • Commissioning of Robomachines.

Junior Engineer – Maintenance Department • Break Down and preventive maintenance of CNC machines and SPM based on Pneumatics & Hydraulics. • Diagnostic& troubleshooting of Leak testing SPM like Test rigs and Assembly units. • Programming, Diagnostic & Troubleshooting of Electrical Relay logic and PLC • Brain storming and detailed analysis for Major breakdowns and planning the corrective actions to avoid
