Responsible for declaratively developing both Sales and Service Cloud applications as well as configuring third party applications including Conga and Docusign. Led sprint planning and sprint refinement sessions with key business users ensuring continuous alignment of functional requirements and technical solution delivery. Facilitated functional training sessions with key business users. Developed skills and demonstrated experience utilising continuous integration as part of the development cycle.

Day to day control and administration of Salesforce across the organisation reporting directly to the company CEO. Solely responsible for the configuration of the platform including all customisations, data migration, analytics, business processes automation, and user adoption.

Commissioned with launching and technically supporting Salesforce throughout the organisation; sole System Administration. Entirely reconfigured the sales pipeline, which was previously compiled on Excel and embedded it on Salesforce. As a result, agents had faster access to relevant data assisting them in the field and management has better visibility of sales activities and conversion rates
