Led the end-to-end UI/UX design process for responsive web and mobile versions of the Schlösser Brühl project. Developed the visual direction from scratch, including research, moodboards, typography system, color palette, and scalable UI components. Focused on ensuring usability, clarity, and accessibility across devices. Designed adaptive layouts and structured UI patterns to maintain consistency and enhance user experience.

According to 3 participants in Interview, they need not just a finance tracker but a habit developer — I added an Achievement system to my project. For main needs I used 4 Product Hypotheses, where users want to have bank account linking for automatization, flexibility in sorting, minimalistic statistic database and notifications to keep them away from forgetting to categorize finance flows. Those needs were fulfilled in Monora.

Throughout this project, my key responsibilities were: Conduct UX research and usability testing to transform into design decisions Create user flows, prototypes and UI components Prepare UI Kit for handoff. Here are some of the highlights: Usability score 70%+ after two rounds of Unmoderated usability testing and 5 Interviews. 28 participants have taken a survey and 92% of them said that they need price comparing, 60% need to see real-time rush hour activity and 65% need bonus program for pleasant use.
