From 2019 until 2024 I was Infrastructure Manager for BMW Bank Germany and was responsible of the security of the Linux, Oracle, Web servers. From 2020 until 2022 I was part of the Oracle Security Manager team. I managed the access on the databases and allowing the access between the databases (the functionality of the db links). Starting with 2022 we performed the migration of the database access management tool DB-ARM which offered an easier control of the access from the applications side. This system was installed based on the database activity monitoring tool DAM and Splunk to monitor the logs on the databases.

I was responsible of the access for the bank applications and created accounts for the new members, as well as removing the acces while leaving the team.

I started at IBM as Incident, Problem and Change Manager. I tracked the regular status of the operation teams and if all requirements are going to be met as initially aligned. The status was prepared and monthly presented to the management and operation leads.

I promoted and sold products and services offered by the bank to mass-market customers (existing and potential), developed client portfolios and initiated contact with new clients. In time, I gained the opportunity to interact directly with clients, often traveling to their workplaces to provide consultation. I strengthened my skills in attracting and engaging new clients, especially via phone communication.

I informed clients over the phone about new offers and products. Additionally, I worked with a special program managing several databases to identify client needs.
