- headhunting and full-cycle recruitment for the technical, non-technical and management positions; - identify risks within the teams, needs and build new processes in order to support company's growth and employees retention; - 1:1 sessions & coaching with the team leaders and team members; - assist and support the team leaders in the on-boarding, off-boarding, performance review, and people development processes; - employer branding & team events; - HR admin like payroll, contracts etc;
