Fullstack developer. We had a big, old and complicated project based on Redmine core. Due to RoR that we used, I had a great experience with Linux. I used git as a version-control system and a GitLab repository manager. We had our db run on Postgres, so I have an experience with writing SQL queries. For backend I used ruby as a main language, for fronted tasks - JS and JQuery, for templates - ERB and Haml. I pushed our team to start using Scrum. Morning stand-ups became a daily practice in our team.

All business connected issues: process analysis, requirements gathering, new feature testing, trainings and further client support. I have done a couple of successful projects from the very begging to the full adoption by the client. In our team I put forward a Kanban based process for our software developers. I introduced user interface prototyping practice and detailed documentation both for our clients and for the developers.
