Project engineer in eDrive applications ( technical link between GKN and OEM)

Following Master Thesis project, this role range goes from fan's analysis to full generator/motor modelling (cooling and thermal) through Ansys Fluent as main tool, along with a managing role within external thermal projects. I also have acces to test bed data from prototypes in order to validate simulations result

The aim of this project is to obtain a CFD model of a salient-pole generator. Through this model air flow rates and temperatures will be obtain at different conditions, which will be used to validate the thermal design of the goal electric machine
