• Coordinate international transport operations, including daily bookings and freight consolidation, ensuring reliable and cost-effective shipment execution. • Monitoring shipment tracking by batches, with responsibility for OTIF performance, ensuring transport KPIs are met and issues are resolved proactively. • Managing logistics service providers (customs brokers, ocean carriers, freight forwarders) as point of contact and performance owner

• Coordinating transportation, logistic planning, and distribution of fuel. • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize the transportation, storage, and distribution. Negotiation and analysis of tariffs to meet targets and cost savings

• Responsible for the strategic purchasing process of transport services (FTL, LTL, general cargo) • Managing the existing network of transport partners and supporting the development of our transport solutions • Taking part in projects to optimize and automate processes • Conducting performance reviews with our partners • Working closely across teams with our Supply Chain Planning, Freight Forwarding and Parcel Logistics team

• Updating information and submission of shipment documents into database • Negotiate rates and selection of the transportation provider • Support in the COGS project

• Selection and evaluation of international agents ( freight suppliers) which supplies all the company • Negotiation of rates freights (ocean and air freights) with international agents to generate business • Control and management of freight rates in the internal data base (Salesforce).

• Selection and evaluation of Suppliers ( truck carriers and shipping lines) which provides the whole company • Main contact and negotiation of rates with shipping companies and truck companies • Responsible of tariffs negotiations for RFQ’s and projects

• Customer service and management of international ocean freights, contact and negotiation with suppliers • Networking with branches around the world • Data base management on the Navisphere platform • Support to the customer with quotations
