•Identify to pursue new business opportunities in Global Market (Metals, Minerals and Scrap). •Work closely for solutions and innovations, leading to sensitive sourcing and negotiations with all stakeholders on diverse projects. And coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate responses. •Manage procurement and supply chain operations documentation and reporting records to be kept updated and handy up to our protocols and escalate irregularities or contract deviations straight away.

• Lead, delegate and effectively manage a team of 100+ employees the team of Technicians, Engineers and Supervisors to meet the targets on daily basis • Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends from their daily progress • Ensure site work protocols and procedures are followed as per the Government’s Health & Safety regulations • Ensure scheduled skilled manpower employees attended the sites • Secure proper on boarding process for the new resources efficiently

•Develop, implement, maintain and ensure Quality awareness to comply with QMS procedures and job specifics to Quality Control policies/standards/testing protocols within work premises. •Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, procurement, and sales) to address any quality issues and recommendations for continuous improvement and risk management in processes. •Implement Internal Audit Plan to prepare all related reports includes necessary corrective and preventive actions.

•Performance metrics; analyze and identify issues impacting operational performance and establish initiatives for continual improvement, risk management and project controls. •Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, HSE standards, and quality control measures in all operational activities included logistics, freight forwarding, transportation and procurement. •Assist on technical mining and planning for the customers and management on pre and post sales.
