Master Thesis: “Enhancement of Project management in heavy machine industry” Address the project management challenges stakeholders and managers face today in Terex Cranes and other large machine organizations Exchange and compare project management with other organizations Research for possible solutions for Terex multi-site project management Implementation of proposed solutions

=> Contribution to develop new improved version of Terex NPPD process => Development of standard project management tools for all NPPD projects => Development and introduction of a new version of project documentation => Support in Error management process for Prototypes, Cost down activities, Resource and Time planning => Preparation of agendas for regular local project meetings => Assist in the preparation of gate review meetings and Participation in Gate review meeting

Contribution to establish a new small scale machining industry Build up business in initial phase of company Build new customer and supplier contacts, prepare quotations, negotiation with customers and suppliers Coordination with internal and external customers Lead couple of projects for RINDER INDIA
