Managed a 62-person organization with teams in Sunnyvale, RTP, and India that was responsible for development, launch, and lifecycle management. Drove all engineering and product management investment decisions and strategy.

Defined Huawei’s business strategy and entry into the enterprise market. Led a multi-national organization responsible for strategy, product, and solution management and marketing of Huawei’s enterprise business. Led business planning and analysis of key drivers including product selection, geographic market penetration, intellectual property, business risks, and capital and talent resource investments. Developed GTM, sales, and channel strategies.

Managed P&L, product lifecycle and marketing of x86 servers (blades and rack-mount servers), operating systems, networking, and appliance businesses. Provided vision, strategy and direction to a 26-person organization. Aligned and simplified product roadmaps, eliminating overlaps and unprofitable products. Enhanced sales enablement programs to accelerate deals and improve sales force efficiencies.

Led Cisco’s Sales Services Operations organization. Managed an organization of 108 people responsible for organization performance monitoring and analysis, budget management, compensation models, pricing, account allocation, contract management, sales systems and processes, and sales enablement programs.
