Spin-off of the Spreads business of Unilever owned by Private Equity Fund KKR and created in 2018. Largest plant-based consumer packaged goods company globally. Led Top 2 cluster, delivering >15% of total company cash. - Achieved a business performance turnaround in year 1 (Top 4 market) with revenue growth (+5%), EBIT growth and cash overdelivery. - Led & successfully implemented the business transformation (talents, business structure & systems) following the separation from previous business owner.

Led Top 4 Cluster with revenues of €700M and 450 FTEs including 2 factories and 1 laboratory. Achieved business performance turnaround in Top 5 market (FR) in the midst of extreme adverse legal context (plain packaging & excise tax hike). Piloted industry transformation agenda with strategic launch of New Generation Products (e-cigarette). Successfully conducted an arduous social plan towards the closure of 2 sites (factory & lab). Transformed an ex-state monopoly mindset towards a winning company culture.
