Global Marine Operations: Successfully re-commissioned control software on a 28m Tugboat during Panama Canal transit within a 5-day high-pressure mission. Propulsion & Motor Control: Managed technical services for Schottel propulsion systems; utilized ABB Drive Composer Pro 2.6 for motor control and Vijeo Designer for HMI development.

Vessel Commissioning: Performed technical revision and QA for SELVAAG SENIOR (NB75) LNG/Battery hybrid vessel under DNV GL Class standards. Power Distribution: Commissioned 440V/230V main switchboards, shaft generators, and Macgregor/Rapp winch electronics.

Managed the production processes of over 50 heavy-duty transformer cores, ranging from 35 to 55 tons, for industry leaders including SGB-SMIT, General Electric (GE), Schneider Electric, and ABB. Validated the technical integrity and performance of over 1,500 industrial transformer units. Developed a comprehensive Excel VBA framework for automated core-loss estimation, saving 26 tons of silicon steel through optimized production.
