Leading the company from the project phase through the challenging start-up phase of a highly technical automated production project, until stability has been realised. Designed and led the implementation of a global Supply Chain, including demand planning, warehousing and distribution concept to deliver PP compounds to any A. Schulman and NSSPC customer location globally.
