• Design and develop Continuous Integration and continuous deployments with tools like GIT, Docker, Ansible, and Prometheus. • Installed, configured, and Administrated of all UNIX/LINUX servers on cloud services. • Deployed and monitored scalable infrastructure on Gap cloud services & configuration management using Ansible. • Prometheus and Grafana configuration for monitoring and reporting of every server and service in the Production and Non-Production environment.

• Docker support for the development team • Responsibility for the server availability, monitoring (Prometheus) and improvements of servers • Development of customized platform monitoring services: CPU utilization, HDD utilization, TCP states,... • Migrate VM applications to container deployments • Work as Vmware support to report accurate and on-time VMware software and Service Usage. • Work with external vendors to install new server services for remote locations

• Design, document and implement processes for the network servers • Identify, implement and configure tools to facilitate support of more than 60000 ADSL users. • Manages, implements & configurations for Linux servers, Cisco switches, routers, etc. • Configuring Voice VLAN and QoS VLANs • Monitoring of servers and network devices with Cacti, Wireshark, SolarWinds, Orion • Configuring and implementing Remote Access: IPSec VPN, EasyVPN, SSL VPN
