Our company develops new functional materials intended for artificial intelligence accelerators. As the head of the R&D division, I lead a small team of scientists and engineers. My work combines fundamental science, applied research and technology development. I fabricated heterostructures of oxide thin films for electronic applications by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). I characterized their structural and electrical properties, fabricated basic integrated circuitry, performed corresponding cleanroom work.

I have discovered a new kind of natural self-constructing epitaxial oxides on silicon. I have characterized crystallographic and dielectric properties of this new class of oxides. I have developed high-throughput structural characterization of the composition-spread samples (scanning XRD) by adapting high-brilliance synchrotron sources.

I fabricated combinatorial thin films by PLD. I have developed methods for the combinatorial analysis of these samples. I characterized composition spread thin films by scanning high-throughput electrical characterization techniques. I have fabricated composition spreads of high dielectric constant (high-k) oxide materials. Expertise: High throughput fabrication and characterization of heterogeneous thin film.
