- Complete development of UHV measuring devices and electron detectors (PPAC, CE). Industrial PLC SCADA automation with (Siemens STEP7) as well as writing data acquisition software (MSC, MCA, Oscilloscopes and Digitizers) in Cpp, LabView and Python. - Developed and executed RIE and ICP-RIE process sequences on wide-bandgap semiconductors — GaN, TiO₂, Ga₂O₃, ZnO. Developed ALD process sequences for TiO₂ and Al:ZnO thin films in MIM memristor device structures.
