- Improve the data quality and consistency of insurance technical accounting figures in P&L and balance sheets across all AGCS entities; - Analyze, develop and implement procedures, processes and suitable KPIs in order to control and monitor the quality of the technical accounting data within the company; - Steer initiatives for quality improvement as well as for enhancing global operation cycles, processes and workflows, procedures and policies.

• Development of effective interest rate methodology and financial assets impairment provision calculation methodology according to IFRS; • Development of technical requirements for the implementation of provision calculation IT tool; • Development of data governance processes and controls; • Review and stress testing of credit risk management system of the banks; • Performing of project management initiatives; • Due diligence of financial assets of insurance company.
