I completed several protein and protein complexes projects (all stages from gene design to pure protein/protein structure/characterization). Giving lectures and seminars on all range of mathematics analysis curriculum for recent school graduates prior to their university admission. Alongside I took part in curriculum adjustment, materials preparation and examinations.

I completed several membrane protein projects (2 publications) and gained experience in gene design, expression via range of expression systems, screening methods, characterization, crystallization, structure solving. • Structural and functional protein projects (gene design, protocols development, expression, purification, characterization, crystallization, and data analysis) • X-ray diffraction and kinetic data collection.

Performed plasmid DNA design and construction as well as expressed and purified among others) human connexin channel proteins for further structural studies (results are included in my Master’s thesis). Alongside I supported smooth laboratory operation via preparation of consumables and equipment installation and maintenance.

Analysis of the biotechnology industry, learned its limitations, development directions and trends to estimate the areas for targeted government funding during the next 8 years.

Administrated, edited and preformed QC of remote education services (subjects - mathematics, physics and chemistry) according to the requirements of the initial book publishers (Pearson Education, Macmillan Publishers, etc.). Within my tasks were also parsing and algorithmization of printed books, as well as course web page layout correction and modification.
