Analyzing production / assembly quality problems with quality core tools such as fish bone, 5 Why etc. - Following and reporting quality problems related responsible teams such as Otokar R&D designers,supplier, method team / production member, purchasing team etc via 8D methodology.- - Organizing daily asakai / gemba quality meetings to review all assembly quality problems with related teams.

Monitoring field-quality level performance and reported on the current status and potential improvements through research and root cause analysis. • Analyzing field quality problems with quality core tools.Reporting quality problems to related teams to find suitable solutions.Announcing weekly quality problems and improvements plans to each department to solve quality problems.

- Working as a responsible of Interior and Exterior Trim parts such as Plastic,Insulators,Steering Wheel, Headlining and NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) - Leading all the commercial relationship between Hyundai and the suppliers which are located in Korea,India and mostly Turkey. - Collaborating with suppliers quality responsible to reach optimum quality level and achieve yearly ppm target (Line audits, C/M confirmations,)
