*Production Data analysis- ERP systems (SAP 4HANA, Odoo). *Participating in lean projects & implementing lean tools- 5S, Kanban System in Process, and shopfloor optimization. *Risk analysis- Production operations. *Calibrating and scheduling the maintenance of machines. *WI Implementation- Automated production machines.

*New product development- Solidworks and AutoCAD. *Document validation- IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. *Risk assessments- Process and product, Supplier. *Data analysis and time study of Production processes and Supplier evaluation. *Active participation in Audits- Process, Product, and Supplier. *Lean tools implementation & Audit NCR closure- RCA, CAPA, and 8D. *WI implementation- Molding, Extrusion, Hose building & Compounding.
