Responsible for providing advice and handle the international mobility cases (for Europe and Africa scope), and for assisting with day-to-day HR operations : • Provide administrative services and guidance to employees regarding HR processes, rules, and regulations. • Handle payroll process for International personnel. • Manage immigration processes and assess risks for international mobility. • Optimise international mobility employer cost and employee internal equity for Compensation & Benefits practice.

Related to the in-house recruitment and the school relationship management, I oversaw: • Handle full life cycle recruiting strategies for different profiles in challenging markets using social channels. • Perform data and market analysis. • Prepare and assist in workshops, job fairs, and assessment days. • Build and manage campus recruiting program. • Shape the employer branding strategy (internal & external) for the local scope. • Create contents & design for the online recruitment campaigns.

The main scope was the Corporate functions, with a focus on recruiting locally and internationally (across Africa & Europe region), covering all contracts' type (CDI, VIE, internships..) & all level of seniority for each corporate department: • Administration & Finance • General Services • General Secretary • Human Resources • Recruitment • Information Technology

For the portfolio of @Amaris Consulting, there was my daily collaborating with other staff members (sourcing specialists), Business Managers, & clients.
