Business needs analyses and requirements specification preparation, Cooperation with the team and Clients during projects. Taking part in scrum ceremonies according to established delivery process. Supporting the team in preparing system documentation. Preparation and update of requirements documentations.

Second Level support for VMS SAP Fieldglass in multi-MSP model, including: User access management Business Process Support Configuration Management

First level operational support for VMS SAP Fieldglass Administrator role for multiple countries.
