Optimisation of production plans of two production sites to maintain agreed stock levels of finishing supplies and finished goods and to achieve set customer service targets. Planning of product rollovers and sourcing changes. Drive the implementation of a centralised push-deployment.

Creation of weekly demand plans and organisation of the supply from source locations from around the world. Handling regional deployment of products as well as necessary co-pack production. Contribution to several change projects in logistics.

Deployment of finished goods and the determination of the best transportation method. Order channeling of customer orders.
