• Developing the audit plan, scope and the criteria • Manage the audit team, allocating responsibilities and reviewing the work done • Supporting the other team members during the audit • Co-ordination with team and other departments • Participating in audit engagement for capital orientated clients • Communication with clients and adhere to a strict timeline and communicate all the issues with the client personnel in a timely fashion

• Preparing annual and consolidated financial statements in German GAAP for industrial, commercial and service enterprises • Fulfilling Annual Consolidation Packages •Controlling the client’s internal control systems and accounting policies in order to improve the potential risk full areas •Conducting semi-final audit reports for review of partners. •Participating in special audit frameworks (e.g. Due Diligence, Fraud Audit)

• Checking accounting records and making necessary calculations to ensure accuracy of the accounting system. • Ensuring that the management letters were properly drafted and contains all critical and risk full findings • Calculating accruals according to German GAAP • Preparing audit working papers with observations supported by enough and appropriate audit evidence • Replying to client’s questions in the field of local laws, rules and regulations in German.

• Checking payrolls, monthly declarations (e.g. VAT, Withholding Tax Returns) • Assisting on providing full certification report and due diligence report. • Preparing audit report and exhibits in German GAAP format for the review by auditor. • Assisting senior auditor by preparing financial statements in the basis of Turkish and German GAAP.

• Checking payrolls, monthly declarations (e.g. VAT, Withholding Tax Returns) • Controlling foreign exchange tables, banks, cheques and note receivables. • Assisting on providing full certification report and due diligence report.
