Perform yearly Top-down Risk Assessment (TDRA), and yearly audit planning. Planned, organized and conducted 6-8 audit projects per year, discussed audit findings with the auditee, prepared audit reports and their respective executive summary. Analyzed and documented all information systems and related controls, and developed appropriate audit programs to test the controls identified.

Global service manager for servers, storage and collaboration services in a fully outsourced environment. This included IT service management based on ITIL v3 processes, maintaining daily IT operations, establishing server, storage and collaboration information technology strategy and roadmaps for the corporation, controlling 20M€+ Operational budgets, as well as the IT governance of the outsourced global server and storage infrastructure services while sustaining good partner relationship.

- Lead a team of 6 system administrators, providing 1st to 2nd level support to the Global Headquarters of Bombardier Transportation and VIP services to the CxO offices. - Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead (Europe and Asia) for a multi-disciplinary End-User Transformation of over 15,000 laptop / desktops, as part of a Global Transformation Project for Bombardier Transportation.

- Led a team of 5 system administrators dispersed in 5 offices (Embassies and Consulates) in Germany. - G8 Summits: Managed the IT/IS requirement and support for the Canadian delegation for the G8 summit in Birmingham (1998). The G8 Summits are short but intensive working weekends where systems and support are expected to run flawlessly. My preparation and support throughout the G8 in England was much appreciated and I was requested to provide the service again for the G8 Summit in Cologne in 1999.

- Led a team of 30 system administrators dispersed in 27 offices (Embassies and Consulates) in 22 countries in EMEA. - Provided mentoring, coaching and 2nd level technical support to a team of 30 system administrators with a varied degree of experience in a multilingual and multicultural environment.

- Architected, planned, designed and configured a new Global end-user / workplace for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. This new workplace, consisting of multi-lingual operating system, user applications and special configuration is installed in 130 cities and over 80 countries (a CAD $50 million project in 1994).

- Promoted within six months of joining the company from system administrator to Team Lead and Service Desk Manager. I successfully led a team of 6 system administrators and provided application / server and network support to over 600 users. - Through good client relationships and by providing excellent service, I doubled the supported user base to 600+ users increasing revenues for the company.
