B2C Management: Regularly engage with member chefs/patisseries to update price lists, share app updates, and gather feedback. Sales & Logistics Coordination: Manage orders, convert leads into sales, and oversee logistics for smooth service delivery. Communication Management: Handle customer communication and organize activities for potential investors and new members. Digital Marketing: Update member pages, plan push notifications, email campaigns, and Facebook Ads to boost user engagement.

Start-up Operation Support: Participation in crowdfunding actions, communication with potential investors and brand ambassadors (reached out to 5 million potential users via collaboration of more than 250 brand ambassadors) Customer Support: Education support to nano-, macro and micro-influencers on how to use the application effectively for a better user experience Marketing Support: Contributing to build company's long term marketing plan
