The primary foci of the corporation are on Renewable Energy Technologies, Housing and Urban Renewal. The corporation shall employ creative strategies to “recycle” dilapidated housing stock into carbon neutral or nearly carbon neutral housing while promoting and testing cutting edge technologies and propagating the creation of similar housing units. Some housing will be retained to supplement operating capital and fund future projects, others may be sold in order to finance new projects. All projects of thi
