* Development of risk based audit plans, formulation and development of policies and performance standards * Review of audit reports and participation in planning and post audit conferences to formulate viable improvement recommendations to the Audit Committee and Supervisory Board * Preparation of reports of internal audit performance, deviations from established benchmarks, management’s commentary regarding unfavorable deviations, and the corrective action plan * Managing the internal audit staff

* Preparation of detailed plan and program for performing individual audits including the identification of key risks and controls * Audit activities in assigned departments to determine the nature of operations, and adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal controls * Preparation of recommendations for corrective actions and suggestions for performance improvements * Preparation audit work papers in accordance with department and professional standards
