Manage the end to end recruitment process; supports implementation of sourcing strategies, screens candidates, provides a short list of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, and facilitates relocation. Counsel managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policy.

Full cycle recruitment - attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. Screen candidates, interview them, do background checks if so required and match them to their clients.

Support countries: Romania (Focal Point), Croatia, Czech Rep., Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, South Africa. - Responding to and resolving customer's queries regarding HR using the appropriate tools; - Preparing personnel documentation for Electrolux employees; - Delivering HR transactions in an accurate and timely manner; - Updating transaction records to facilitate the tracking and reporting of work;
