Being responsible for implementing own procurement software suites for medium to big organizations across the world.

As Global Subject Matter Expert on SAP SRM, my main focus was on implementing and standardizing the solution to fit the requirements of the business customers. Ranging from gathering the business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, managing change requests, technically testing the solutions and training the end-users, this job has allowed me to further develop my technical skills but also to better reach out to and understand my internal clients.

Managing implementation of SAP SRM for various divisions of a Top 5 Pharma company across the globe, from a business standpoint (ensuring alignment of the procurement tool to global guidelines while adapting to local rules).

This project required me to act as a business liaison in system implementations and to run different initiatives to ensure global systems are providing the necessary visibility in terms of spend and savings efficiency. Another key responsibility is preparing training materials and deploying training initiatives across the globe, for the Source to Pay systems and processes. Due to my local admin experience with SAP SRM, I was able to support any testing, screening and designing of system functionalities.

Working in Operations as system admin for 2 of the most important procurement systems on the market for a British client. During this time I was able to work closely with the implementation team in UK when we transitioned from one system to another, which involved gathering necessary master data that needed to be migrated, extensive testing, training new users and supporting in operational mode for more than one and a half years SAP SRM.
